G-Lite Wheelchair, the fresh air chair

With the Summer Bank Holiday only a couple of weeks away, it is a good time to consider a trip to the seaside or to get some fresh country air.
You could possibly give the elderly or infirm the same fresh air experience this holiday weekend using the new G-Lite lightweight wheelchair.
The G-Lite and G-Lite+ are new 'ultra' lightweight aluminium wheelchairs and weigh less than 9 kilos !

The G-Lite is the ideal answer for those needing a casual use wheelchair for days out and trips to the shops.

Both the transit and self propel models of the G-Lite fold very simply, and will easily fit in the boot of most modern cars.
The G-Lite is also easy for the attendant to push and control, and the user has easy access to the firm action brakes.

There is a handy back pocket for storage and the upholstery is comfy and easy clean.

You can buy the G-Lite from the  G-Lite.co.uk online website.....or even why not 'hire' for a few days !

Also note the G-Lite is available in some areas under the NHS Wheelchair Voucher scheme.

Bariatric Wheelchair

For users over 30 stones and needing a wheelchair for mobility, the Eclipse Bariatric chair is the answer.

The Eclipse is adjustable through a range of seat widths and is available with a number of options and accessories.

The Eclipse Bariatric wheelchair has a removable back, arm, footrests and quick-release wheels, the Eclipse can be dismantled to fit into smaller cars quickly and easily. However, consideration should be given to door widths in the environment in which this wheelchair is used.
